Joining a laughter yoga class is one way to stay fit and healthy. It improves immune function, relieves stress, reduces physical signs of arthritis, asthma, and allergies.
Your mood can affect those around you. Laughter yoga helps to improve it by releasing chemicals known as endorphins. When your brain releases endorphins in large quantities, you will feel happy and cheerful. In other words, you will remain positive in life.

Chair yoga can help you to improve your general physical fitness level. It is one of the most popular exercise programmes at WINGS.
Elaine Soh, Chair Yoga trainer, has taught the Mandarin sessions at WINGS since June 2009. She and a group of volunteers have conducted sessions for the clients at the Society for the Aged Sick and recently at Club Rainbow.
Elaine said,"I learnt chair yoga as it is a good form of exercise and beneficial to our well-being. At the same time, I share the knowledge with others by volunteering at WINGS and other charitable organizations. As we grow older, we should strive to live healthy and have a close circle of friends. Wishing everyone a Happy Lunar New Year!"
