What is covered?
Ø Warm-up & cool down (20 minutes)
Ø -brisk walking, low impact aerobics, stretching, etc
Ø Circuit exercises (30 mins)
Ø -theme (bone building, weight management)
Ø Complimentary activities (10 mins)
Ø -Theme-based in the form of activities, talks & interactive Q&A to target all aspects of wellness
