The Bond Workbook is a full colour 48-page hardcover workbook published by WINGS as a special project for children and their grandparents. It is a fun and interactive guide for grandchildren and grandparents to spend quality time together while deepening their bond. Working through the workbook, they identify the uniqueness of their family - family values, traditions, recipes, special occasions etc. It also helps them to explore each other's world; a grandchild of his/her grandparent's childhood, upbringing and life experiences, and a grandparent of his/her grandchild's passion, dreams and hope for the future. Read more...

WINGS Action Groups (WAGS) are peer support groups for older women structured around common issue that the women in the group share and are guided by trained peer facilitators.

This project aims to train a core group of senior peer facilitators and activate older women into forming WAGS in three categories – Health, Wealth and Happiness. Health and Happiness will cover topics such as disease prevention, nutrition, physical, mental and emotional wellness. Wealth will focus on issues of financial planning and security.

Through WAGs, we aim to empower, support and motivate older women to take action and make sustainable positive behavioural changes in their lives. WAGS also provide opportunities for peer facilitators to acquire skills to lead, and participants to learn and network, and make a difference in  one another’s life.
