Microcredit Business Scheme
Microcredit Business Scheme (MCBS) will provide loans at reasonable costs and repayment terms for individuals wishing to set up small businesses to be managed and operated by the individual. Loans can also be considered for individuals who wish to expand their existing small businesses.
The primary objective is to extend small loans to help the segment of the community that cannot get financing from traditional credit to engage in self-employment projects. With the financial support from MCBS, our borrowers can develop a regular source of income from their self-employment projects, thereby improving their livelihood and enabling them to provide a better life for their family.
Basic Eligibility
1. The applicant must be a Singaporean.
2. The applicant must be 18 years old and above.
3. The applicant’s gross annual income must not be more than $30,000 per annum.
