Speakers from Caregivers Alliance Limited

Joy is the Outreach and Partnerships Manager of Caregivers Alliance Limited. She is trained with a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Joy’s past experiences include programme marketing and outreach in the higher education industry followed by partnerships and strategic relations management in the social service sector. She is experienced in public speaking, stakeholder management, and programme development. Joy enjoys forging relationships and partnerships that empower individuals towards hope and self-actualization. Caregivers of persons with mental health issues are a key group of people who fall within this category.

Loretta is a corporate marketing professional with extensive experience in regional sales and business leadership. Her skills and expertise were honed in corporations and industries ranging from consumer to telco to industrial and the public sector. She has also worked in broadcasting, business consulting and executive training. Her volunteering with social services agencies led her to CAL and her current portfolio in outreach and special projects.

Nadia is a Programme Manager from the Outreach and Special Projects team at Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL). She spent the first two decades of her professional life working in private sector marketing communications firms; executing regional PR and advertising campaigns for MNC clients that cover healthcare, FMCG and sports industry. She has always believed in taking a holistic approach to advocacy, aimed at elevating awareness for positive impact. Nadia is also a caregiver to her sibling with intellectual disability as well as her late mother who had dementia. She first enrolled in CAL’s C2C Programme in 2016, and has been attending caregiver support groups since. Nadia finally joined CAL as full-time staff last year, transferring her professional skill set to a social service organisation that is close to her heart.
