10am – Fitness Drumming

March to the rhythm of your own beat and enjoy an energising workout with Fitness Drumming! This dynamic workout, a fresh addition to Singapore’s fitness scene, uses the Swiss Ball for a low-impact exercise that’s perfect for older women. ASPIRE55

Founded in 2014 in Singapore, ASPIRE55 – Asia’s first virtual retirement village, is a wellbeing community that offers a combination of social, health and care services but enables members to continue living in their existing homes. We create family style mini clubhouses for our 50+ community, with a portfolio of over 100 active ageing programmes and activities, bringing like-minded people together as a family to age successfully.

We do it by creating access to dance and thematic movement classes enhanced by great music and the promise of a friendly social atmosphere. We welcome learners of all abilities, learners with challenges and learners of all ages.


2pm – Yin & Yang Yoga
Wendy Lim

Restore harmony to your body with Yin and Yang Yoga! This practice blends the passive and active yoga elements to bring balance to your body, mind, and nervous system. The Yin aspect features gentle, sustained poses that release tension and improve circulation, while the Yang component focuses on dynamic, strength-building postures that enhance stamina. Embrace this holistic approach to achieve a deeper sense of well-being and balance.

Wendy Lim

What started off as a simple weekly exercise, ended up as a grounding, life-long practice for me.  Yoga has also been my trusted companion to help me de-stress and was my alternative remedy from hyperthyroidism since I began my yoga journey over a decade ago. Since obtaining my yoga diploma in 2009, I have taught in private, public and corporate classes. My students continually motivate me and there is no greater reward than watching them reap the benefits from mindful practice.

This beginner-friendly course introduces the rich art of Spanish dancing, blending expressive movements, lively rhythms, and soulful music. Whether you’re a newcomer or simply looking to ignite your creativity, this course offers a powerful way to explore cultural heritage, express yourself through movement, and bond with a supportive community of women. 

Flamenco Sin Fronteras

Flamenco Sin Fronteras is a dance company and dance school that seeks to provide artistic platforms for individuals to express themselves freely through Flamenco and classical Spanish dance.

Principal Dietician Soh Wan Keem

Wan Keem, a clinical dietitian, is well experienced in medical nutrition therapy for weight management, bone health, chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure), cancer and other nutrition conditions. Prior to her last employment as the Principal Dietitian of the Singapore Cancer Society, she was heading the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of Bright Vision Hospital (part of the SingHealth cluster).

Dr. Julian Lim is the Co-Founder and Lead Sleep Psychologist at Somnus Sleep Wellness. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Psychology with Clinical training from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and has conducted psychological research for over 20 years.

Eric Lim is the Co-Founder of Somnus Sleep Wellness. He is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher, the second in Singapore to be certified by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health.

Dr. Janice Tan explores the mind-body connection and how it influences mental well-being. Learn actionable strategies to enhance overall wellness and understand the positive impact of social connections on mental health. She will also share mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety and debunk common myths about mindfulness.

Dr Janice Tan

Dr Janice Tan is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor who has close to 20 years of practice experience. She provides psychological services to individuals, particularly in the areas of mental health and at-risk behaviours. She is also a Senior Lecturer of the Psychology Program at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. A certified RYT200 Yoga Instructor, Dr Janice Tan strongly believes in the mind-body path and incorporates breath and body work in her mental well-being interventions.
