Whistle-Blowing Policy
At Society for WINGS, we are committed to the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Our Whistle-blowing Policy provides a safe, confidential, and independent avenue for employees and stakeholders to report concerns about any suspected improper, unethical, or illegal conduct.

- Employees
- Volunteers
- Vendors / Subcontractors
- Donors / Beneficiaries
- Members of the public
What to Report?
You may report whistle-blowing concerns involving:
- breaches of laws, regulations and fiduciary duties
- significant breach of or failure to implement or comply with WINGS Code of Conduct
- fraud (including, but not limited to, financial fraud, accounting fraud and fraud against staff)
- impropriety, corruption, theft, breach of trust and/or misuse of WINGS properties, assets or resources
- concerns about the WING’s accounting, internal controls or auditing matters
- business practices or other conduct which may cause financial or non-financial loss, including damage to WING’s reputation
Please note that personal grievances or employment-related complaints are not whistle-blowing concerns.
Protection & Confidentiality
- Confidentiality: Your identity and the report will be kept confidential and only shared with authorised personnel.
- Anonymous reporting: is allowed.
- Protection: You are protected from retaliation, harassment, or adverse consequences.
How to Report?
Complete the Whistle-blowing Form and email to: whistleblow@wings.sg
What Happens Next?
- Assessment: Your report will be reviewed to determine if investigation is needed.
- Investigation: If warranted, an independent investigation will be conducted within 2–6 weeks.
- Resolution: Findings will be reviewed by the Board and appropriate actions will be taken.
- Feedback: Where possible, you will be informed of the outcome.
