The EVA Launch Event on 2 May 2026 brought women together for a day of empowerment and wellbeing. Through talks by health professionals, financial and legal experts, EVA aims to support, uplift and equip single mothers and widows with confidence, practical skills and opportunities to give back meaningfully.
The WINGS Open House on 9 July 2025 was a vibrant day of discovery. Featuring live performances by our special interest circles, interactive educational booths and an artisan market, the event highlighted holistic wellness, encouraged active ageing and celebrated creativity, inviting participants to soar together and explore new possibilities.
The International Women’s Day event on 26 March 2025 introduced participants to innovative ways to support ageing and caregiving. Featuring VR recreation therapy, the Age+ Living Lab and nutritious soft meals, the event inspired women with practical tools and insights to support wellness, independence and confidence in later life.
FitFest on 19 October 2024 centred on the theme RENU, focusing on Rest, Exercise and Nutrition. Through expert-led talks and energising trial classes such as fitness drumming, yoga and dance, participants gained practical insights and experiences to support healthy ageing and adopt sustainable habits.
